Mrs. Nash's Ashes was on my want-to-read list for a while and when I finally listened to it I loved the book. When I finished I found myself looking for more books by Sarah Adler and started listening to Happy Medium which I also loved just as much.

Sarah has only written these two books but both are worth reading and you will find yourself hoping she releases a new book soon. Each of Adler's novels is a romantic comedy with quirky characters that you fall in love with.

Mrs. Nash's Ashes and Happy Medium are light, funny, romance novels that you won't want to put down. At the beginning of Mrs. Nash's Ashes, the main characters annoyed me and I wasn't sure if I was going to like the book but that soon changed and I fell in love with them and all their quirks. When I started Happy Medium the book had me drawn from the first chapter with each chapter bringing the same humor and emotion that has you wanting to read more.

Sarah Adler brings her characters to life and you feel as if you are right with them whether on a road trip or on a goat farm, as I was listening I felt like I was part of the adventure.

Adler's writing style is not my typical type of book but I was surprised when I loved each one. The novels held my interest and had me laughing, rooting for the characters, and cheering them on in love.

If you are looking for fun books to read you need to add Mrs. Nash's Ashes and Happy Medium by Sarah Adler to your list. And I will be on the look out for more books by the author!
